These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Company Name's Website, located at Website.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Terms and Conditions For Client

The Client/vendor (you) who is signing a contract for web development project/ any other Digital marketing Projects / the services with Dconq are agreeing the following terms & conditions.

  • *** Project documentation soft/hard copy is compulsory from Client end before starting a project
  • Project Start on verbal note is on client risk, as we won’t do any changes, ( as the project started on client words without proper documentation)
  • We charge extra on every change for those projects that start on verbal ( charges depends On work load
  • 50% advance has to be given before project start, remaining before uploading in server
  • Content/Material/ Images has to be provided by the client himself
  • For product category images has to be provided in PNG format,( if any other format given the charges will apply for converting it to PNG format
  • Only two web designs concept will be given, Client has to choose one design from it ( extra Designs will be charged based On work)
  • Inner pages changes will be done Only two times after that it will be charged for every change ( from Rs : 1500 and more based on work)
  • Once The project is uploaded in server then the site work is completed from our end, Any changes has to mailed to Us/li>
  • any changes has to be mailed to arvind.dconq@gmail.com
  • once the site is uploaded in the server , any changes or issues has to mailed to us with in a week with proper documentation through mail, after that any changes comes after will be charged based on work
  • From trybuz service we will send greeting designs only for festivals, For any other Occasions designs or services will be charged extra
  • We Provide Only Two Designs For Festival Greetings, another design will be charged( No editing or changes will be done in that design)
  • Once Advance given and client Not responding More than one week will be considered as a cancelled contract ( No amount Refund)
  • Contract Signed with Dconq and trybuz, The amounts are not refundable
  • Client not providing material/information within a given time, His contract will be cancelled and amount is also not refundable,
  • By giving a project to Dconq/ Trybuz, Client is automatically agreeing the above terms & Conditions with the company
  • Client not responding more than 45days will considered as cancel contract and the amount also will not be refunded
  • We Kept this terms & Condition so that we may follow it and complete your project in time, In course of our journery we fond many clients with whom we faced this problems so considering all those inputs we have came with this terms and condition so that we may give ur project in the timeline we have given you.

Terms and Conditions For Employees

This are the terms where we have created only to create the perfection and benefits of the organization also with the employee, We strongly believe the employee who is not discipline will not grow in future and along with him the organization will also get into trouble because of his negligence .

Terms For Developer & Digital Marketing Department

  • Before Starting a Project documentation is required compulsory which has to be taken from the concern person who is allocating the project ,
  • Day to day work progress has to be sent the concern project manager
  • If the daily task has not completed then it has to clearly explain in a mail format with proper reason why that day task has been delayed
  • Any Changes that come after documentation it has to be concerned only if you got the mail from the project / marketing manager
  • Delay in project will be also effect you salary
  • Employee who is absent for more than a week get terminated (Considered himself as terminated from his service) without any prior notice, and he won’t get any settlement of salary from the company
  • Employee who does not give one month advance notice and resign the job imdelty, will be considered as terminated employee and will not get settlement of salary or reliving letter

Terms For Marketing

  • In Dconq marketing job is targeted oriented Job, Every person who joined in to this Position has to prepared himself mentally to accept the challenge of target
  • Every Marketing/ telemarketing has to achieve their daily target
  • Every Day they have to send their daily task role to the concern manager
  • Employee who does not achieve their minimum target are not eligible for salary
  • Every employee has to mail their daily call sheet to the concern manager to see their efforts the employee is giving towards the work
  • Employee who is absent for more than a week get terminated (Considered himself as terminated from his service) without any prior notice, and he won’t get any settlement of salary from the company
